Brecon Jazz Festival is celebrating its 33rd birthday this year and the line up is looking more varied than ever, with more local and community involvement too.
The town of Brecon is really close to the cottage, so a trip to the Jazz festival is an easy and chilled day out.
Starting on Friday 12th August, and with workshops and exhibitions alongside the jazz programme, it’ll be music to your ears, literally. Venues include the Guildhall, Castle Hotel, Theatr and Cathedral and the workshops on offer revolve around guitar, percussion, wellbeing and women in jazz.
