Stargazing at the cottage
The little holiday cottage is lucky enough to sit within the Brecon Beacons National Park, which is not only stunningly beautiful by day, but an international dark sky reserve by night. The cottage is stargazer friendly, with lots of cosy throws, plenty of mugs for warm drinks, binoculars, a star map and a brazier to keep you toasty if you’re planning to sit outside and locate the milky way. If sitting outside sounds a bit much, (I’m writing this in September and summer already seems a long time ago) then you can take in the view from chairs in the pretty summerhouse instead.
