19 May New look for the website
Thanks to the web development skills of Alex, my talented other half, the cottage has a new (and rather nice looking) responsive website.
It’s much sharper than the old site and is mobile-optimised too, so hopefully it should look lovely whatever you’re viewing it on. If it doesn’t then he’ll be sent firmly back to the grindstone to iron out any bugs!
There are plans for a live availability calendar in the next couple of weeks (basically when the boy has a spare couple of hours) and then guests can immediately see when she’s already booked, which will hopefully be a lot more helpful.
There’s also a new gallery with a lightbox and lots of new features that I can play and tinker around with, like the counter on the bottom of the homepage. It’ll hopefully inspire me to sharpen up the content too. Take a look and let me know what you think! 🙂
